Oxtail penne pasta.

    Here’s my recipe.

    – Oxtail/rabo/cola
    – Salt
    – Pepper
    – Paprika
    – Oregano
    – Scallions
    – Cilantro
    – Beef stock
    – Heavy cream
    – cubanela pepper
    – parmesan cheese
    – cheddar
    – Butter
    – Garlic
    – Yellow onion
    – Shallots
    – Beer
    – Ketchup
    – Avocado
    – Oxtail seasoning
    – Adobo
    – Onion powder
    – Olive oil
    – Brown sugar

    Marinate the oxtail with salt, pepper, paprika
    Adobo, oxtail seasoning, oregano, onion powder, fresh garlic, cilantro, scallions, soy sauce, ketchup. Let all that sit for at least an hour.
    Add some olive oil to to a hot pan, and some brown sugar. Sera the nest then add beef stock and some water, let it cook, then add some beer and the left over herbs where the meat was marinating. Cook for 2-3 hrs until tender.
    For the sauce:

    Chop some garlic, shallots, peppers and onions
    Add some butter to a pan and add what we just chopped. Add heavy cream, tomatoes
    Tomato sauce and half a chicken bouillon, cilantro, Parmesan and cheddar
    When the oxtail is ready, chop it and add it to the sauce.
    Cook the pasta for 13-15 mins
    Add the pasta to the sauce. That’s it.
