I recently purchased a bottle of what was listed as Vincentini Agostino Soave Superiore D.O.C.G IL CASALE. Which received 3 bicchieri recently. However, the bottle i received has a completely different label from the ones I am seeing online. The shop claims that it is the correct wine.

The bottle I received doesn’t list Vincentini Agostino or IL CASALE on it.

The art on my bottle DOES look in a similar style to some of Vincentini Agostino other wine bottles, although there was no match.

I’d like to find out if this is some alternative labeling that is nowhere to be found on the internet or vivino (unlikely).

or

What it actually is.

And finally if the the company is selling this erroneously either on purpose or not.

While the bottle doesn’t seem to have a producer listed on the bottle it does have a DOCG label around the neck of the bottle, and it says, “Imbottigliato da ICQRF VR/3690 IT” on the back.

Is it possible to look up these identifiers anywhere or find a way to figure out who actually bottled this wine / what it is? Is there a way to contact these governing bodies in the EU/Italy to check?

So far I’ve tried reverse img searching for the label on google, in some wine apps which all turn up nothing, as well as trying to googling how to look up those identifiers with no luck.

Thanks for any info, sugesstions, or advice in advance!
