I get the margherita sticks from Walmart since I live in the south now and do not have access to Wegmans. I slice them thin and microwave them for a bit before putting them on.

I’m new to pizza making and the sub, what’s the deal with ‘cupping’ pepperoni? Just an aesthetic thing? Having a bunch of grease sitting in them doesn’t seem super appealing, but maybe that’s the point!
