Meal prepped this for the week!
It’s:

Plenty of farro
2 scrambled eggs, peppered
Low sodium soy sauce (I did like a 1/6th of a small bottle)
1 chicken breast, sliced thin
1 bag broccoli stir fry (frozen)
Coconut oil for “frying”

Cooked the farro, cooked the chicken in some soy sauce, cooked the veggies on high to get moisture out, added the oil to the veggies, added the chicken to veggies, added cooked farro, more soy sauce, stir, add egg at the end.

It’s very yummy!
