Mediterranean tofu with Tahini pasta

    ### Ingredients

    * 1/2 onion,
    * 2 garlic cloves,
    * 3 tbsp tahini
    * 1/2 lemon, juiced
    * 2-3 tbsp nooch (nutritional yeast)
    * 1 ladle pasta water
    * Fresh sage
    * Handful black olive
    * 1/2 cup pasta water
    * Salt n pepper to taste

    **Tofu**

    * 1 block tofu, crumbled
    * 3 tbsp olive oil
    * 3 garlic cloves, minced
    * 1 headed tbsp veg bouillon powder
    * 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    * 1 tsp dried thyme
    * 1 tsp dried oregano
    * 1/4 tsp salt
    * 1/4 tsp black pepper

    ### Instructions

    1. Cook the pasta until cooked.
    2. Crumble the tofu into a bowl with the remaining tofu ingredients and mix well.
    3. Heat up a pan on medium heat and add the tofu, cook until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.
    4. In a blender add tahini, lemon juice, nooch and pasta then blend until smooth. (Use more pasta water if to thick)
    5. Heat up the pan on medium heat, add some oil then onions, garlic, sage leaves. Once cooked down add the sauce with salt n pepper to taste then add the pasta and mix. Serve up with the tofu and enjoy!
