Made with the “White Bread with Poolish” recipe from Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast. My favorite, go-to recipe by Mr. Ken Forkish.

Also used his “Smooth Red Sauce”, very tasty stuff. Topped with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, and a pork/beef blend pepperoni. Sprinkled with parmesan, and voila! *chefs kiss*

    I’ve used his “Saturday loaf” from the cookbook for pizza and it was excellent. I’ll try this one next!!!!
