Ingredients:
Tilapia (frozen, cooked in air fryer),
Roasted red pepper hummus,
Cucumber,
Avocado,
Lettuce,
Cilantro,
Red onion,
Feta crumbles,
Homemade Tzatziki sauce,
Joseph brand whole wheat pita

I know tilapia is a little controversial, would’ve preferred salmon but budgets a little tight so went with that instead. Still totally upgraded from my last post where I used white pita, deli turkey, and ranch. Wish I could have tried legit goats milk feta but our local grocery store (Walmart) didn’t have it, or I missed it. Really good! And very filling. Loving eating this way so far.

    Much better! Walmart typically doesn’t carry real feta. If you can let us know what grocers you have available, we can help you find it.
