Salmon roasted with lemon pepper and a sprinkling of lemon juice and olive oil. The tomatoes, red onions, and feta were roasted with thyme and coriander—amazing combo that I highly recommend!!—and a little olive oil then placed over some farro! Not pictured is dessert: Greek yogurt with some frozen lemon zest mixed with in blackberries and blueberries
