Roasted Chickpea Salad with a Creamy Tahini Dressing

    ### Ingredients

    * 1 cup cooked chickpeas
    * 1 tsp onion powder
    * 1 tsp garlic powder
    * 1 tsp smoked paprika
    * 1/4 tsp turmeric
    * 1/4 tsp black pepper
    * 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    * salt

    **Tahini Dressing**

    * 1 tbsp tahini
    * 1 tsp Dijon mustard
    * 1 tsp white vinegar
    * salt
    * black pepper
    * water (until you reach desired consistency)

    ### Instructions

    1. Preheat over to 220C.
    2. Combine all spices to coat the chickpeas evenly.
    3. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway (make sure they don’t burn!).

    I love chickpeas but peeling them and getting them dry is a lot of work.

    And if you skip it, they don’t get crunch when roasted…
