Ingredients:

1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick

## Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly, then pat them dry using a paper towel.
3. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (if desired). Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crispy and golden brown. Make sure to shake the baking sheet every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
6. Remove the roasted chickpeas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
