If this isn’t allowed in this sub I apologize but I wasn’t sure where else to ask. I recently came back from a trip to Greece and had this amazing little appetizer in Athens. Inside there was cheese, dill, and a green vegetable I couldn’t identify (maybe spinach?) and then it was either fried or baked. My guide told me the name of it but I completely forgot what he called it and my googling hasn’t turned up any results. I’m sure this isn’t a healthy food so I know it doesn’t quite fit the subreddit but I figured you guys might be able to point me in the right direction. This thing was out of this world delicious and I’m dying to make it now that I’m home!

Maybe revithokeftedes, which are similar to falafel.

I’m leaning towards *kolokithokeftedes* (Greek Zucchini Fritters).
