    Sauce made with canned crushed San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil

    Cheese pizza made with sauce, smoked mozzarella, medium cheddar, parmesan. Cooked @ 800F for about 1 minute, topped with grana padano and more parm-reg.

    Pepperoni pizza made with sauce, pecorino romano, smoked mozzarella, pepperoni, more smoked mozzarella. Baked at 850F for about 1 min, topped with Parm-reg and a hot honey drizzle.

    It’s been 15+ years since I’ve made pizzas but I’m really enjoying relearning the techniques

    Gorgeous bake all around. That cheese coloring! As if I didn’t want an Ooni badly enough already.
