I can’t really tell but it looks kind of dry (in a good way) so you could maybe use it and make a panzanella kind of salad with it!

I like this kind of bread toasted a little and I think it would go great with a Greek salad!

The front of the package is for selling. The info you want is on the back. Look at the nutrition label and the ingredients list. You want to avoid refined wheat (may also read “wheat flour” or “enriched flour”); added refined sugar, corn syrup, or molasses; artificial sweeteners; and oils that aren’t evoo. For me, if everything looks great but there’s sunflower oil in it, I’ll deem it close enough.
