Overtightened my ring and the lid has some denting. It’s sealed properly but is this safe to store or do I need to use right away?

Safety first, I’d put this/these dented cans in the fridge and eat asap.

They’ll be safe to eat now, but might not be safe to store and eat after having been stored on a shelf, the weak spot (the dent) may lose integrity.

Edit to add: This appears to be spaghetti/tomato sauce. You *could* reprocess it/them with new lids to regain the ability to store this in your pantry.

It is possible it sealed properly, but I doubt it. You had the ring on too tight and it caused pressure to build up and eventually cause the lid to bend like this to release the pressure. I would just fridge it and use it.
