Salmon and poached egg sandwiches

    Classy breakfast sandwiches for the whole family.

    You will need: 2 slices of bread, 100 g salmon, 1/2 avocado, 60 g cream cheese, 2 eggs, spices, 2 tbsp vinegar.

    ​

    Preparation: Toast the bread on both sides. Mash the avocado and cream cheese with a fork and place on the bread. Place salmon slices on top. Boil water, add vinegar, reduce heat and swirl with a whisk. Pour the egg in there, cook it for 3-5 minutes to taste and transfer it to the sandwich. Do the same with the second egg.
