It is impossible to categorize or summarize Alchemist. It is much more than a fine dining experience – Alchemist is an immersive, intense, thoughtful, visual and incredible offering that combines food, art, music, beverage and more.

I have been fortunate to enjoy some of the world’s best meals and nothing can compare to Alchemist. You leave wondering, “why has nothing like this ever been attempted before?”

Over eight hours at the restaurant I was fed, entertained, educated, fulfilled and overjoyed. The staff was the best I’ve experienced – they were given the freedom to tailor the service to the diner. You can eat here in four hours… if you want to. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The food is both exotic and familiar. It alternates between ingredients like lamb brain and pig esophagus to Iberico ham and brown butter. Everything was delicious, some was challenged to the palete, all was incredibly beautifully presented.

The important takeaway here is that the food at Alchemist could stand on its own and I believe Michelin rates it as such (2*). That said, when combined with their one of a kind presentation, this is the best dining experience I’ve ever had and pretty much ruined me from everything else.

Enjoy the full experience, this album is very long 🙂
