500 gm basmati rice

1 kg fish fillet

1 spoon ginger garlic paste

1 pes lemon juice

salt to tast

half spoon turmeric powder

half spoon paprika powder

1 pes carrot

1 pes kusha

little coriander root

1 pes capsicum

1 pes ginger

1 pes garlic 🧄

6 pes cardamon

4 pes cloves

1 pes cinamon stick

3 pes star anise

2 spoon Coriander seeds/powder

2 spoon cumin seeds/powder

fish head for stock

100 gm golden fry onion

250 gm burn fry onion
