I used Tartine bakery’s sourdough country bread recipe and it came out okay I think. It was flatter than I was hoping, but I will try again next weekend! It still tasted great to me but didn’t have enough air pockets I feel like. Not sure how to fold well yet. Hope I can get better and this is really fun!

I used king arthur bread flour and I followed the recipe below.
Used the starter from a friend so I only followed from making levain part.
