I had some pluots that I needed to process – so I cut them up the other day and added a bit of vanilla extract and a teaspoon of honey. These were the last few bites. I added a couple of figs.

And I made a quick chia seed pudding with plain unsweetened kefir, vanilla extract, salt, and ginger powder.

I put the fruit on top and added a few pistachios. And mixed it all up to eat after dinner.
