Recently got this off craigslist. folds up, has wheels, and also 4 burners (I’m in a walk up apartment with a deck so I wanted something I’d be able to get up there relatively easily).

Doesn’t have a lid, which isn’t the worst problem for me, but I was thinking it would be nice if there was some solution for a lid.

    It’s a [Brinkmann Portable Tailgate 810-9490-0](https://www.grill-parts.com/brinkmann/models/brinkmann-810-9490-0.htm) and the grill area measures 28 x 22.

This also happens to be the same measurements as a Blackstone griddle, which they sell lids for, but they’re all [low profile](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Blackstone-28-in-L-x-22-in-W-Cover-Grill-Top-Griddle-Lid-8029568/315284508)

Of course I can get [one of these](https://www.webstaurantstore.com/carlisle-6-round-aluminum-basting-cover-60103/27160103.html) for simple stuff, and clearly I bought this grill knowing there’s no lid so it’s not like I’m shit out of luck, I just thought if anyone knew of a simple solution i’d ask.

Of course there’s also the tinkerer DIY part of me that would entertain not-so-simple solutions.

I got a galvanized metal lid for my charcoal grill. Found it on granger website for hot water heater drip pan, rectangular shape. Keeps the rain and leaves out

Maybe one of this big stainless lids that go on catering pans?

Just get a regular universal weatherproof fabric grill cover – probably a medium if you take the sides off or an XL if you don’t… but I’d check the dimensions anyway to make sure… l got mine on amazon.
