I’m on my second day of MD and I promise I will stop posting so frequently but I’m just happy that my meal is so colorful…

Some leftover Air fried frozen fish (I know it’s not the best but it tastes good), broccoli, cucumber with olive oil, brown rice, some olives for fat?(my avocados had gone bad so I had to improvise).

I hope it keeps me full.

    This is lovely! You’re right, you can do better on the fish. Have you ever tried air fried salmon? I have one of those side by side fryers and I put salmon (with garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, dill and lemon juice) on one side and asparagus on the other, and make rice or salad. Within like 12 minutes it’s all ready and is delicious! Even my picky husband.. who prefers a frozen fish stick… enjoys it!
