French with Japanese ingredients, three Michelin stars. Tabelog silver/previously gold award

Overall great dinner. My favourite dish was their salad with 48 or 52 different kinds of vegetables (forgot exact number).

Summer ayu fish was great too but I prefer the traditional way of preparation cooking it over fire with bone in tact.

Favourite part of meal was the bread with tofu spread. The texture was like a sour yoghurt but more elevated in texture and complexity.

Their signature turnip dish was okay and the duck slightly over cooked in my opinion.
