So my doctor recommended this diet for me. She said it’s mostly about getting good veggies and using better oils, but the thing is I usually eat veg at least a couple times a day, and my oil is usually liquid avocado, evoo, or canola. If those are what I’m supposed to focus on, I don’t understand what’s going wrong.

I tried switching from ranch to Italian dressing but that gave me terrible heart burn (I thought it was a heart attack) so I’ve decided to limit the amount. I’m trying to follow cico too.

I’m just not sure how to start and I didn’t see a FAQ so I’m making this post. Also my sodium level cam back fine but that was on a different test sheet. I don’t know if that matters?

I’m female, 32, 180 lbs, largely sedentary though I do go for walks.
