    I mean this looks like a good sandwich if it was a fifth of the size and didn’t have a bone in it. I’d rather just eat bone in ribs and have bread on the side to mop up extra sauce though.

  19. Completely dumb as a “sandwich” and the proportions of everything are way off. Would be 10x better deconstructed as a nice lunch of smoked ribs (about 1/3 or 1/4 this amount) with a bread roll, pickles, and BBQ sauce on the side.

    Clearly this sub doesn’t know American BBQ. This is NOT overcooked, smoked beef ribs are supposed to have a dark black bark on the outside. The bark practically guarantees the meat will be juicy enough to run down your chin and soak your shirt. There is no real need to shred as the meat was tender enough to pull off the bone and stick the bone back through with little to no effort, this thing will be more tender than a hamburger. Literally the only thing that is questionable here is making it a sandwich.

    Don’t see the problem. Meat looks good. Just slice up the sanmich or eat it whole like a cartoon character.

    The basic idea isn’t bad. Ribs on a Italian roll sounds good. Though the rack is way to thick, the bun is toasted like a 4 year old.tried to burn you and the pickles are of the thoughts and prayers level of coverage. Sticking the bone in it makes me uncomfortable.

    Those ribs look like they’re cooked to perfection and the sauce looks good too. It’s just a waste to put in so much bread when you can eat the ribs and the bread separately but I’d still eat that tbh
