How do yall store dehydrated peppers. Whole or pre crushed?
Just curious on the different methods people use. First time dehydrating.

I never dehydrate peppers whole. I at least cut in half to eliminate rot and mold

In half or whole. Ive also dried them, put them in a blender, then put the flakes in a pepper grinder from amazon. That was 7 years ago and I just used the last of it last weekend- still tasty. Aji Panca.
