My first Michelin experience, I grabbed pictures of most of the plates, I know I missed a few.

    Sorry, left off descriptions of the dishes. I admittedly don’t remember all of them at this point. The highlights for me were the Guinea Fowl 3 ways (both the confit and the breast with mustard sauce were fantastic) and the truffle brioche with artichoke soup. My single favorite was probably the black tea sorbet, all the dessert and sorbet dishes were exceptional though.

    Overall experience, I’m not sure it’s worth the cost any more beyond being able to say you are at Guy Savoy. Lunch testing at least brings it down into the doable range, I think I would have been disappointed had I been there for the dinner tasting.

    Service was exceptional, presentation and description of the dishes were both quite good, overall ambience is very classic French dining. Our table looked out over the Seine as well, so that was nice.
