It still looks normal no changes appear if yes then it’s good to eat but be careful of eating meat after long time stored even if it is stored in the freezer.

Notice that it’s mostly discolored where the clingwrap is the tightest? That’s *likely* to be what it’s from. But I’d still give it the old sniff test. Maybe even drag your finger across it and make sure it isn’t slimy. If it passes both tests then I’d say shoot for it.

Crack it open and smell it. The smell changes slightly when it oxidizes. But it’s still not a rancid smell. Your nose will know if it’s rancid or not.
