  1. I am Greek and I am sure that the potato salad that my family makes isn't the most traditional, but we actually use very few ingredients. For our dressing, we use a mix of lemon juice and olive oil, kind of like a vinaigrette, and other than that it's usually only onion, usually spring onion, tomatoes (I like using cherry tomatoes 'cause they're sweeter) and feta tiri.
