  1. Meet your cardiologist. (& wtf: these chicken breasts are tremendous – are these implants?)

  2. Way to vastly improve this: start with the butter and cream mixture but less (1/4c and 1c, let it cook down for a good while, then when pasta is done add some pasta water and then the cheese. Will mix better and not be nearly as heavy. I also add a bit of Gorgonzola here but that’s my families preference.
