Char 3 jalepenos either on gas grill or in oven on broil . Take out and place in bowl with lid on top to steam. While waiting , cut up 1/2 cup peperoncini and one Serrano pepper . Juice half a lemon over top of the ‘relish’ . Peel off all the char from the jalapeño and slice , scrape out steeds and stem etc . Place in food processor with other half of lemon juice , 2 tb of olive oil and one garlic clove. Pulse. Then crumble 6-7 oz of feta cheese into food processor with some feta brine (or a little water) and pulse until smooth. Place in a bowl (to serve or save) and put the ‘relish’ on top. Serve with pita chips or veggies . 😊
