Was their 10 th anniversary menu so a bunch of extra bouche were served also. This restaurant, chef and team are really doing an awesome job. My second time here and would consider it a 2 michelin star level. This was the 7 course menu at 4400 php ( about 100$ ) . Missing a few dishes has i only took video of those. Definetly would recommend if you are in manila. 9/10

    Wow – this looks fantastic! I am glad you enjoyed it. I love how they use a lot of local ingredients and not just give you straight up French food.

    Pandesal shrimp tartare? Adobo puff pastry? Calamansi beurre blanc – it all sounds incredible. Thanks for sharing something different.
