At the end of the video, you will see William plant a short row of okra and squash. Well, it’s not anywhere ready to produce yet, so I bought a big bag of frozen okra ( unbreaded).
I like to bread my own. Bay, my granddaughter, could eat an entire bowl of fried okra. As a matter of fact, we all could.
George would be so proud knowing that William could, and is, wearing his size 12 boots.

OKRA!!!!! My favorite veggie!!! Any way it is cooked, even pickled, boiled in peas/Butterbean, fried with cornmeal or flour, and man, put it in your gumbo!!!! Any kind…..chicken gumbo, sausage gumbo, seafood gumbo the very best especially in Louisiana!!!! Make some sometimes and show people up north just what "eaten in Louisiana and the deep south us all about"!!! I had okra and tomatoes for lunch today.
Never really liked or fixed okra. Only times I had it, the okra was slimy!! Ugh! The way you fixed looked a lot more palatable!!! Maybe I’ll take a chance and fix some. God bless and much love to you and your fam!💕🤗💕

I only like breaded okra, plain is slimy , it grosses me out. I once made the mistake of putting some plain okra in a pot of soup! Shoo-wee..it was a nasty slimy mess. That blouse is beautiful on you! I am glad you are wearing it!!!
Okra soup is one of my favorites and it’s make soup very delicious 😋
