• Tumaro CarbWise 8-inch wrap – 60
• 75g whipped cottage cheese – 60
• 25g marinara – 15
• spinach, garlic, broc, peppers – 45

my mind was not very present while making this so i made a lot of mistakes that ended up in a very average pizza, but here’s what i did:

• whipped the cottage cheese with some spinach, italian seasoning, and garlic (way too much garlic. should’ve just gone with some garlic powder)
• spread marinara sauce on the tortilla (i forgot to pre-bake the tortilla to crisp it up so the middle never got crispy)
• spread cottage cheese mixture over top, then top with veggies (i think my veggies were too watery/i used to much of then, probably contributed to the sogginess in the middle)
• bake at 400F for 10 minutes, then broil on low for a few more minutes

you won’t get a cheese pull with this but i didn’t mind that, i just wanted the pizza flavors. besides the extra garlic i did enjoy the flavor.

Never tried cottage cheese on pizza! And those veggies look so amazing (it’s getting close to my dinner time lol). I’m totally trying this on one of my Coach Greg’s “anabolic” cauli crusts 🤤

I used to make similar pizzas way back, small tip is if you can find low fat quark cheese, it melts kinda like mozzarella while cottage cheese just kinda heats up and stays the same, also i now make tortillas by blending 60g eggwhites 18g ap flour and a spray of cooking oil
