I think 435 for that brownie is very possible. Especially if they used low cal substitutes, unsweetened pumpkin, etc etc. Pumpkin purée is pretty low cal and it looks like they used that for the base of the filling. Looks like these are supposed to be healthier, high protein desserts too, which generally use a lot of substituting and alternatives for typical high calorie ingredients.
I would trust it, but if you’re really that skeptical I suppose you could ask for the ingredients and see if it’s too good to be true.
