No formal recipe. This was thrown together today.

Salad has arugula, pumpkin seeds, and pomegranate seeds.

I topped it with some black chickpeas I cooked up today. A chicken seasoned with a dry harissa spice blend.

And I roasted three veggies. The carrots got garam masala, garlic, and Kashmiri chilies. The honeynut squash for Aleppo peppers, and the purple sweet potato for cumin and cayenne. The veggies were also tossed with olive oil and salt and roasted.

The dressing was lemon juice, tahini, salt, sumac, olive oil, garlic powder, and some cayenne pepper. I added a tiny bit of honey to balance it out.

Lots of fall flavors on this plate.
