Chickpea pesto pasta, roasted tomatoes, seared herb crusted tuna steak. Parm and basil garnish

Simple pesto
Emulsified basil, olive oil, pine nuts, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
2 cup fresh packed basil
Handful of pine nuts
1/2 cup gated parm
Olive oil added while blending until desired consistency
Salt and pepper to taste.
Chick pea pasta from WinCo bulk section. Boiled in salted water to al dente.
Salted Capri tomatoes, halved and pan fried on both sides until blackened.
Tuna steak dried and covered in blend of garlic powder, onion powder, zataar seasoning, fresh black pepper, and sea salt. Seared on all sides at high temp in avocado oil.
Toss pasta with pesto and about half cup to one cup of reserved pasta water until sauce is creamy. Grate Parm over it and turn heat off. Mix Parm in. Plate and garnish. Enjoy.
