    Instructions
    1. Boil the pasta in water and a pinch of salt for upto 8 mins or so.
    2. Drain the water, save a little for later to add in sauce. Rest store the pasta which should be 80% cooked.
    3. Now add milk and Cream to some cooking oil, add mixed herbs, oregano, chilli powder as per your taste.
    4. As soon as the sauce thickens add the pasta and cook for a further 2 mins.
    5. Enjoy!

    Did you know that the original Fettuccine Alfredo was only pasta, butter, cheese and black pepper? That’s the basic recipe, I think it is easier to make and less expensive. But I’m sure you could add your own combination of herbs and spices, and make a cheese sauce to your taste.
