I used the chicken stew recipe from The Mediterranean Dish and added orzo to it. I subbed some of the veggies according to what I had in my kitchen. Came out really good and she was right about the splash of vinegar at the end, really brings it to another level.

I also used fresh tomatoes instead of canned.
Looks so good, wouldn’t have thought of adding orzo!

Is it whole wheat orzo? I haven’t seen that anywhere, but would love to find it.
We have a dish kinda like that in my country
