Dessert I love pomaceous fruit (apples and pears) for desserts, I have Harrowcrisp Pear Charlotte (recipe by Grandma Feral and from the depression era) with panko bread crumbs, white sugar, cinnamon, salted butter, lemon juice in the oven 🍐🐈⬛ it will be served with whipped cream December 27, 2023
