Fine Dining I visited Tempura Niitome in July 2024 in Tokyo after getting an email from Tableall. This restaurant used to be in Nagoya and this apparently was the best tempura restaurant in Japan, and as a result, in the world. The chef then moved the restaurant to Tokyo.
