Pasta Need help making pasta without a machine. I used one cup semolina, two eggs. I thought these would be delicious because they looked right, however they were too thick, a bit grainy, and chewy in a bad way. This is my first time attempting to make pasta, any tips would be greatly appreciated! June 8, 2024
