Salsa Snobs Salsa Chilanga – got this version of a recipe from a taqueria recently. They called it Chilanga. Simply roasted jalapenos (6 medium) and onion (1 large) then blitzed with splash of water and slowly added neutral oil to emulsify. Add salt to taste. Keeps getting better each day!
